These slower paced hatha vinyasa classes are ideal for beginners or those who just want to familiarize themselves with Detroit yoga's online teaching style. The mild sessions are a slow paced introduction to the basic yoga postures and the basic transitions from one posture to the next. The mild pace and flow of these classes also give opportunity for the students to develop their breathing and their understanding of the breath as an integral component of, or foundation for, their vinyasa yoga practice. |
