Here are some tips for getting started with your home, online Vinyasa Yoga practice.

The Vinyasa Yoga sessions are taught at increasing levels of difficulty to accommodate various levels of physical ability and experience. The mild Hatha Vinyasa Yoga sessions are slower paced and use less complicated movements. These are appropriate for anybody at any level of experience. Levels one through three increase in difficulty, introducing more challenging postures and sequences. If you have not practiced Hatha Vinyasa yoga before, we recommend you start with a mild session, this will allow you to become comfortable with the basic postures and movements. As you build strength, flexibility and become more confident in your practice, advancing to the next level will come naturally.

For the more experienced yoga student, while your abilities may allow you to begin at the advanced levels, you might want to start with a mild class nonetheless, to become acquainted with the teacher, Jason Schramm's instructional method.
